Thanks to scheduled water releases on the Deerfield River, we are able to enjoy whitewater rafting in Western Massachusetts from April through October. The Deerfield River runs through the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains along the historic Mohawk Trail. The scenery is breath taking and the river is clean and clear. From first time families to whitewater enthusiasts, the Deerfield River offers an exciting whitewater rafting experience for everyone. Thunder Mountain Bike Park! The bike park is a progression bike park built by Gravity Logic, builders of some of the most ridden DH trails on the planet. A progression bike park is a park that emphasizes the importance of a complete trail riding experience for riders of all abilities. Lessons, rentals, protective gear available to rent. Our amazing Thunderbolt Mountain Coaster is a combination alpine slide and roller coaster. The Thunderbolt takes riders up 1,580 feet of up-track through the forest before the cart disengages, and gravity takes over. The 3,870 feet of downhill track are designed with swooping turns, banked corners, rolling drops and 360° turns. Each cart is equipped with its own braking system, allowing you to slow speeds to a comfortable pace or accelerate to G-Force inducing levels. With a minimum rider age of 3, and driver age of 9, it’s fun for the whole family! Kids love our Aerial Adventure Park which is a unique and exciting suspended challenge course featuring a unique blend of elevated wooden platforms and exciting elements. The platforms are connected by Indiana Jones bridges, Tarzan swings, rolling zip-lines, TrueBlue free falls and other challenging obstacles to navigate. After an initial instruction from our trained staff, this adventure allows you to move throughout the two course at your own pace and at the level of difficulty you choose.
